Client work has its own agreement

This website describes our services. Any work we do for a business, including its price, what counts toward a fee, and how billing works, is covered by a separate written agreement with that business. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

No guaranteed results

Examples, case studies, guides, demos and figures on this site are general information. They are not a promise that your business will get a certain number of calls, reviews, appointments, rankings or revenue. Results depend on your business, your market and things outside our control.

Prices and offers

Prices and offers on this site can change. The price you pay is the one in your signed agreement.

Demo line, forms and bookings

• Our AI demo line is a demonstration. Calls to it may be recorded and transcribed, so please do not share sensitive personal or payment information on it.
• When you submit a form or book a time, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Do not submit another person’s information without their permission.
• If we need to move or cancel an appointment, we will try to tell you ahead of time.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, send spam, interfere with how the site works, try to get into systems or data you are not allowed to access, or copy the site in bulk with automated tools.

Our content

The text, design, logo, images and downloads on this site belong to Market Smmash or the people who licensed them to us. You may use our free guides and scripts inside your own business. Do not resell them or republish them as your own.
